These Terms of Service explain the rules, conditions, rights, and responsibilities that apply when users access or use RutoWallet products and services.
RutoWallet is a custodial crypto wallet and virtual card product created by RUTO AI LIMITED. These terms apply to account access, wallet services, deposits, withdrawals, conversions, user-to-user transfers, virtual card services, support, security reviews, compliance reviews, and related features.
By creating an account, accessing RutoWallet, using any feature, or continuing to use the services after these terms are updated, users agree to these terms and any additional terms that apply to selected services.
Eligibility
RutoWallet services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.
Users may not use RutoWallet if they are located in a region where access is prohibited, if they are subject to sanctions or legal restrictions, or if RutoWallet is required to restrict access under applicable law, provider rules, card network rules, issuer requirements, or internal risk controls.
Account Registration
Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating or maintaining a RutoWallet account. Users are responsible for keeping account information up to date.
RutoWallet may require users to verify an email address, phone number, login method, passcode, device, identity, or other information before allowing access to selected features.
A user is responsible for all activity that occurs through the user's account unless RutoWallet determines that activity resulted from unauthorized access or another issue requiring review.
Nature of Services
RutoWallet provides wallet, transfer, conversion, card-access, support, and related digital finance services. RutoWallet is not a bank, does not provide insured deposit accounts, does not provide investment advice, and is not designed as a trading platform.
RutoWallet does not guarantee that any asset will increase in value, remain available, remain supported, or be suitable for a user's personal financial circumstances.
Custodial Wallet Services
RutoWallet operates as a custodial wallet experience. Users access supported digital assets through their RutoWallet account instead of directly managing private keys or seed phrases.
Users may be able to deposit supported assets, receive funds from other RutoWallet users, send funds to other RutoWallet users, withdraw supported assets to external blockchain wallets, convert supported assets, and use eligible balances for supported card-related actions.
Wallet features, tokens, networks, limits, processing times, and availability may change based on security, compliance, liquidity, network conditions, technical requirements, business requirements, or provider support.
Conversions
RutoWallet may allow users to convert one supported cryptocurrency into another supported cryptocurrency. Conversion pricing may depend on real-time market pricing, liquidity, network conditions, provider availability, and third-party services such as PancakeSwap.
Estimated conversion amounts shown before confirmation may differ from final results because digital asset prices and network conditions can change quickly. Users are responsible for reviewing all conversion details before confirming a transaction.
Virtual Card Services
RutoWallet may provide access to eligible virtual Visa or Mastercard card services through card providers, issuers, processors, program managers, networks, and other third parties.
Virtual card access may require successful KYC verification, payment of applicable fees, provider approval, regional eligibility, compliance review, and satisfaction of card plan requirements.
Card services may be modified, paused, restricted, declined, suspended, terminated, or made unavailable due to provider rules, issuer requirements, card network rules, compliance obligations, fraud prevention, suspicious activity, regional limits, merchant restrictions, or technical issues.
KYC and Compliance Reviews
RutoWallet may require users to complete Know Your Customer verification through Sumsub or another verification provider before accessing selected features, including virtual card services, account recovery, higher-risk activity, or activity requiring additional compliance review.
RutoWallet may review transactions, accounts, wallet addresses, card activity, regions, merchants, and user activity to help prevent fraud, scams, sanctions exposure, stolen-fund risk, misuse, unauthorized access, and other prohibited activity.
RutoWallet may delay, block, cancel, decline, restrict, suspend, or request more information about activity where required or appropriate for security, compliance, provider, legal, or risk-control reasons.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials, passcode, devices, email access, account recovery methods, wallet addresses, transaction details, and card details.
Users must review token, network, wallet address, recipient username, card balance, fee, region, merchant, conversion, and transaction details before confirming any action.
Users must not provide false information, impersonate another person, misuse RutoWallet, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, use RutoWallet for illegal activity, or violate the Acceptable Use Policy.
Transactions
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible after submission or confirmation. RutoWallet may not be able to recover funds sent to an incorrect address, unsupported token, unsupported network, restricted wallet, or unintended recipient.
User-to-user transfers inside RutoWallet may be reviewed, delayed, blocked, or cancelled if RutoWallet detects suspicious, unauthorized, high-risk, or prohibited activity.
RutoWallet may rely on third-party networks, providers, issuers, processors, liquidity sources, and infrastructure providers to process or support transactions. Delays or failures may occur for reasons outside RutoWallet's direct control.
Fees
Fees may apply to selected RutoWallet services, including blockchain withdrawals, network fees, conversion costs, virtual card purchase, card recharge, card withdrawal, card transactions, failed or declined card transactions, provider charges, or other selected actions.
RutoWallet aims to show applicable fees before users confirm eligible transactions. Users are responsible for reviewing displayed fees and plan details before taking action.
Suspension and Termination
RutoWallet may restrict, suspend, freeze, decline, close, or terminate access to an account or feature where required or appropriate for security, compliance, fraud prevention, legal obligations, provider requirements, user protection, or violation of these terms.
Where possible and appropriate, RutoWallet may notify the user or request additional information. In some cases, RutoWallet may be unable to provide advance notice or detailed reasons due to legal, security, provider, or risk-control requirements.
Third-Party Providers
RutoWallet may use third-party providers for KYC, card services, blockchain infrastructure, wallet infrastructure, conversion support, risk screening, analytics, hosting, support, communications, and other operational needs.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, restrictions, fees, limits, and availability conditions. RutoWallet is not responsible for independent third-party actions outside RutoWallet's reasonable control.
Service Availability
RutoWallet may update, change, add, remove, pause, or discontinue services, supported tokens, supported networks, card plans, limits, fees, or features at any time based on business, product, provider, security, technical, compliance, or legal requirements.
RutoWallet does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, constant availability, or support for every region, token, network, card provider, merchant, or feature.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RUTO AI LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of or inability to use RutoWallet services.
RUTO AI LIMITED will not be responsible for losses caused by user error, incorrect wallet addresses, unsupported networks, unauthorized access caused by compromised user credentials, provider outages, blockchain network conditions, market movement, merchant refusal, card network restrictions, or events outside reasonable control.
