This Risk and Compliance Disclosure explains important risks users should understand before using RutoWallet wallet, transfer, conversion, card, and related services.
RutoWallet provides practical digital finance tools, but cryptocurrency, blockchain networks, virtual card services, third-party providers, and compliance controls involve risks. Users should review these risks carefully before using RutoWallet.
No Investment Advice
RutoWallet does not provide investment, financial, tax, legal, or trading advice. Information shown through RutoWallet is provided for product usage, account operation, transaction review, security, or general informational purposes.
Users are responsible for their own decisions when holding, sending, receiving, converting, withdrawing, or spending supported digital assets.
Digital Asset Risk
Cryptocurrency values can change quickly and may be volatile. A supported asset may lose value, become unavailable, become unsupported, experience liquidity issues, or be affected by market events, technical issues, regulatory changes, or third-party service conditions.
RutoWallet does not guarantee asset value, market availability, conversion availability, liquidity, future support, or suitability for any user.
Blockchain Transaction Risk
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once submitted or confirmed. Sending funds to an incorrect wallet address, unsupported network, unsupported token, restricted wallet, scam address, or unintended recipient may result in permanent loss.
Network congestion, gas fees, validator behavior, blockchain forks, outages, wallet-address errors, token-contract issues, or infrastructure problems may delay, fail, or affect transactions.
Unsupported Tokens and Networks
RutoWallet supports only selected tokens and blockchain networks. Depositing unsupported assets, using the wrong network, sending assets to the wrong address type, or sending unsupported token variants may result in delayed credit, failed recovery, or permanent loss.
Users should always confirm the selected token, network, address, recipient, memo or tag where applicable, amount, and displayed instructions before making a deposit or withdrawal.
Custodial Account Risk
RutoWallet is a custodial wallet experience. Users do not directly manage private keys or seed phrases for wallet balances held through RutoWallet.
Custodial services may involve operational, technical, security, regulatory, provider, and account-access risks. RutoWallet uses safeguards designed to protect users, but no platform can guarantee that risks will never occur.
Conversion Risk
RutoWallet conversions may depend on real-time market pricing, liquidity, third-party availability, supported pairs, network conditions, PancakeSwap availability, and transaction timing.
Estimated conversion amounts may differ from final amounts. Users should review conversion details, expected received amount, fees or costs, token pair, and market conditions before confirming a conversion.
Virtual Card Risk
Virtual card services may depend on card providers, issuers, processors, program managers, card networks, merchant acceptance, regional rules, KYC status, risk checks, balance availability, and plan limits.
A card transaction may be declined, delayed, reversed, charged a failed transaction fee, blocked by a merchant, restricted by a provider, or affected by issuer, network, region, fraud, or compliance rules.
Apple Pay, Google Pay, 3D Secure, card PIN features, card limits, regions, merchants, and card plan benefits may not be available for every card or user.
Fees and Pricing Risk
Fees and costs may apply to withdrawals, blockchain network activity, conversions, virtual card purchase, card recharge, card withdrawal, card transactions, failed or declined card transactions, provider charges, or other selected actions.
Some fees may change based on network conditions, provider pricing, card plan, token, region, merchant, or transaction type. Users should review displayed fees before confirming transactions.
Compliance Review Risk
RutoWallet may review accounts, KYC status, transactions, wallet addresses, card activity, merchant activity, regions, and related behavior for security, compliance, sanctions, fraud-prevention, provider, or legal reasons.
Reviews may result in additional information requests, delays, blocked transactions, declined card activity, suspended features, account restrictions, frozen card access, account closure, or reports to relevant authorities where required or appropriate.
Regional Availability
RutoWallet services, wallet features, supported tokens, supported networks, card availability, providers, issuers, and merchant access may vary by country, region, user status, compliance requirements, provider rules, or local restrictions.
A region listed as available for a service does not guarantee account approval, card approval, merchant acceptance, uninterrupted access, or continued availability.
Security and Account Access Risk
Users may lose access or experience unauthorized activity if their email, login method, device, password, passcode, recovery method, or account credentials are compromised.
Users should protect credentials, enable available security controls, verify transaction details, avoid scams, and contact RutoWallet immediately if suspicious activity is detected.
Service Availability Risk
RutoWallet may experience downtime, maintenance, provider outages, blockchain congestion, infrastructure issues, software errors, force majeure events, or restrictions required by law or providers.
Services may be changed, paused, restricted, discontinued, or unavailable without advance notice where required for security, compliance, provider, legal, business, or technical reasons.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for understanding the risks of RutoWallet services and reviewing all details before taking action. Users should not use RutoWallet for activity they do not understand or cannot afford to risk.
