This Fee Policy explains fees, costs, and provider charges that may apply when using RutoWallet wallet, conversion, virtual card, and related services.
RutoWallet aims to show applicable fees before users confirm eligible transactions. Users should review fee details, plan information, transaction summaries, and displayed estimates before taking action.
No Hidden-Fee Approach
RutoWallet aims to make applicable fees visible before a user confirms supported transactions. Some third-party or network costs may vary based on conditions outside RutoWallet's direct control.
A displayed fee, estimate, or rate may change before confirmation if network conditions, market pricing, liquidity, provider pricing, card plan rules, or transaction details change.
Wallet Fees
Basic account access may be available without a platform account-maintenance fee. Fees may still apply to selected wallet actions.
Wallet-related fees may include blockchain withdrawal fees, network or gas fees, RutoWallet system usage fees, recovery-related costs where applicable, or other fees shown before confirmation.
Blockchain Network Fees
Blockchain withdrawals may require network or gas fees. These fees are affected by blockchain congestion, token type, selected network, transaction complexity, validator conditions, and other network factors.
Network fees may change quickly and may not be controlled by RutoWallet. Users should review the displayed withdrawal fee before submitting a withdrawal.
Conversion Costs
RutoWallet conversions may involve market pricing, liquidity, spread, slippage, third-party swap costs, PancakeSwap-related costs, network costs, or other conversion-related costs.
RutoWallet does not present conversion as investment or trading advice. Users should review estimated received amount, token pair, costs, and conversion details before confirming.
Virtual Card Purchase Fees
Virtual card purchase, issuance, setup, activation, plan, or renewal fees may apply depending on the selected card plan, provider, issuer, card type, region, and current pricing.
Card plan pricing, limits, benefits, and provider charges may change. Users should review the latest card plan details before purchasing a card.
Card Recharge Fees
Fees may apply when a user recharges or tops up a virtual card from a RutoWallet wallet balance. Recharge may also involve conversion from cryptocurrency into USD or another supported card balance currency.
The final card balance received may depend on conversion rate, fees, provider charges, card plan rules, and market conditions shown before confirmation.
Card Withdrawal Fees
Fees may apply when a user withdraws available card balance back into the user's RutoWallet wallet. Withdrawal may involve converting card balance into a supported cryptocurrency.
Card withdrawal availability and fees may depend on card status, provider rules, plan details, available balance, pending transactions, unpaid fees, negative balance, compliance checks, and conversion conditions.
Card Transaction Fees
Card transactions may include transaction fees, foreign exchange or conversion costs, provider charges, issuer charges, card network charges, merchant-related costs, plan-specific charges, or region-specific charges.
Some declined, failed, reversed, or attempted transactions may still create failed transaction fees or provider charges. Users should review card plan rules before retrying a transaction.
Negative Balances and Unpaid Charges
If a virtual card creates a negative balance, unpaid provider charge, failed transaction charge, settlement obligation, or other owed amount, RutoWallet may require the user to settle the amount.
Where permitted, RutoWallet may deduct owed card-related amounts from the user's available wallet balance or restrict card access until the amount is settled.
Provider and Third-Party Charges
Some fees are charged or influenced by third-party providers, card issuers, processors, card networks, blockchain networks, liquidity providers, or infrastructure partners.
RutoWallet may pass through provider costs or include provider-related charges in displayed fees. RutoWallet is not responsible for fee changes required by third parties outside RutoWallet's reasonable control.
Fee Updates
RUTO AI LIMITED may update fees, pricing, plan details, provider charges, and fee policies from time to time based on product, provider, network, compliance, business, or operational requirements.
Users should always review the latest fee information inside RutoWallet before confirming a transaction or purchasing a service.
