This section explains that additional legal documents, notices, rules, provider terms, or product-specific conditions may apply to selected RutoWallet services.
RutoWallet may add, update, or present additional documents when needed to support new products, service updates, provider requirements, compliance obligations, jurisdiction-specific rules, campaigns, card program changes, or operational policies.
Additional Documents May Apply
Additional documents may include:
- Jurisdiction-specific notices or compliance disclosures
- Card provider, issuer, processor, program manager, or card network terms
- Campaign, referral, promotion, reward, or eligibility rules
- Product-specific terms for new wallet, card, conversion, support, or account features
- Security, account recovery, sanctions, fraud-prevention, or compliance notices
- Fee updates, plan updates, service availability notices, or card program updates
- Provider privacy notices, cookie notices, or third-party service terms
Priority of Documents
If a product-specific document, provider term, campaign rule, or service notice applies to a selected feature, users must follow that document in addition to the general RutoWallet legal documents.
If there is a conflict between a general document and a specific service document, the more specific document may apply to that service unless RutoWallet states otherwise or applicable law requires a different result.
Provider Terms
RutoWallet services may involve third-party providers, including KYC providers, card providers, issuers, processors, program managers, blockchain infrastructure providers, wallet infrastructure providers, risk tools, analytics providers, and support tools.
These providers may have their own terms, privacy notices, restrictions, fees, and eligibility requirements. Users may need to accept or comply with provider terms before using selected services.
Campaign and Referral Rules
Referral programs, rewards, promotions, campaigns, and similar offers may have separate eligibility requirements, reward amounts, completion rules, limits, timeframes, exclusions, and cancellation rules.
RutoWallet may modify, pause, cancel, deny, or reverse rewards where a campaign ends, eligibility is not met, abuse is suspected, or the campaign terms allow the action.
Service Notices
RutoWallet may provide legal or operational notices through the app, website, documentation, email, support channels, or other service communications.
Notices may relate to maintenance, product changes, fee changes, supported tokens, supported networks, card availability, restricted regions, provider changes, security alerts, compliance requirements, or account-specific actions.
User Responsibility
Users should review all legal documents, provider terms, product-specific terms, notices, and instructions that apply to the RutoWallet services they use.
Continuing to use a service after an applicable document or notice becomes effective may mean the user accepts the updated terms where permitted by law.
