Send Money

Learn how to send money to another RutoWallet user or withdraw funds to an external blockchain wallet.

RutoWallet allows users to send money in two main ways:

  1. Send money to another RutoWallet user
  2. Withdraw funds to an external blockchain wallet

Both options are designed to help users move their funds easily, securely, and transparently.

Send Money to Another RutoWallet User

Users can send supported funds directly to another RutoWallet user inside the RutoWallet ecosystem.

To send money to another user, the sender can use the receiver's RutoWallet username. This makes user-to-user transfers simple and convenient without requiring a blockchain wallet address.

User-to-User Transfer Fees

User-to-user transfers inside RutoWallet are free.

RutoWallet does not charge a platform fee for sending funds from one RutoWallet user to another RutoWallet user.

User-to-User Transfer Limits

There is no fixed transfer limit for user-to-user transfers inside RutoWallet.

Users can send funds based on the available balance in their wallet. As long as the user has enough available funds, they can send the amount they choose.

However, transfers may be reviewed, blocked, or cancelled if RutoWallet's security systems detect suspicious, unusual, or high-risk activity. This precaution helps protect users, reduce fraud, and maintain a safer wallet ecosystem.

Withdraw Funds to the Blockchain

Users can also withdraw supported cryptocurrency from RutoWallet to an external blockchain wallet.

To make a withdrawal, users must provide the correct external wallet address and select the correct blockchain network and token. Users should always review all withdrawal details carefully before confirming the transaction.

Withdrawal Fees

Blockchain withdrawals are not free.

When a user withdraws funds to an external blockchain wallet, fees may apply. These fees may include:

  • Blockchain network fees required to process the transaction
  • RutoWallet system usage fees

Before the user confirms a withdrawal, RutoWallet will display the estimated fees for that transaction. Users can review the total fee before initiating the withdrawal.

There are no hidden fees. All applicable fees are shown before the transaction is submitted.

Variable Fee Amounts

Withdrawal fees are not fixed because blockchain network fees can change depending on network conditions, congestion, token type, and blockchain activity.

RutoWallet aims to keep withdrawal fees minimal and competitive compared to other systems. However, the exact fee may vary from transaction to transaction.

Users should always check the displayed fee before confirming a withdrawal.

Transaction Security

RutoWallet uses security systems to help detect suspicious or high-risk transaction activity.

If the system identifies a transaction as suspicious, risky, or potentially harmful, RutoWallet may block, cancel, or delay the transfer or withdrawal. This applies to both user-to-user transfers and blockchain withdrawals.

These protections are designed to reduce the risk of fraud, scams, unauthorized transfers, and loss of funds.

Important Withdrawal Reminder

Before making a blockchain withdrawal, users should always confirm:

  • The receiver's wallet address
  • The selected blockchain network
  • The selected token
  • The withdrawal amount
  • The displayed transaction fee

Sending funds to the wrong wallet address, wrong blockchain network, or unsupported token combination may result in permanent loss of funds.
