Withdraw Balance from Card

Learn how users can withdraw available virtual card balance back into their RutoWallet wallet.

RutoWallet allows users to withdraw available balance from a virtual card back into their RutoWallet wallet.

This feature works similarly to card recharge, but in the opposite direction. Instead of moving funds from the wallet to the card, users can move available card balance back from the card to their wallet.

How Card Withdrawal Works

When a virtual card holds money, the user can choose to withdraw part or all of the available card balance back to their wallet.

To withdraw from a card, the user needs to go to the Card section and select the Withdraw option. The user will then enter the amount they want to withdraw and choose which supported cryptocurrency they want to receive in their wallet.

Because the card balance is maintained in USD, the withdrawal amount will be converted from USD into the selected cryptocurrency before being added to the user's wallet balance.

Steps to Withdraw from a Card

To withdraw balance from a virtual card:

  1. Go to the Card section.
  2. Select the card you want to withdraw from.
  3. Choose the Withdraw option.
  4. Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
  5. Select the cryptocurrency you want to receive.
  6. Review the conversion rate, fee, and estimated received amount.
  7. Confirm the withdrawal using your RutoWallet passcode.

After the withdrawal is processed successfully, the selected cryptocurrency will be added to the user's RutoWallet balance.

Conversion Rate

Card withdrawals use a conversion rate to calculate how much cryptocurrency the user will receive.

The final received amount may depend on the USD withdrawal amount, selected cryptocurrency, market rate, and applicable conversion conditions. Users should always review the displayed conversion details before confirming the withdrawal.

Withdrawal Fees

Card withdrawal fees may apply.

The fee for withdrawing balance from a card depends on the user's selected card plan. Different plans may have different deposit and withdrawal fee percentages.

Before confirming the card withdrawal, RutoWallet will show the applicable fee and the estimated amount the user will receive after conversion and fees.

Plan-Based Fees

Card recharge and card withdrawal fees are connected to the user's virtual card plan.

Some plans may have higher fees, while premium plans may offer lower fees or better limits. Users should review their plan details before recharging or withdrawing card balance.

Important Notes

Card balance and wallet balance are separate.

Withdrawing from a card moves available card balance back to the user's wallet in the selected cryptocurrency. The card must have enough available balance to complete the withdrawal.

Users should always review the amount, selected cryptocurrency, conversion rate, and fee before confirming the transaction.
